Discount codes
If an organizer shared a promo code, enter it during checkout before you pay. The order summary updates to show the discount. Codes can expire or reach a usage limit — if a code fails, contact the organizer.
Presale / access codes
Some events require a verified-fan or presale code before ticket types appear. Paste the code in the field on the event page when prompted.
One code per order
Unless the event allows group registration, codes usually apply to the whole basket. You cannot stack multiple promo codes on one order.
