Same order or a separate order
If you added a coach while buying the event ticket, it is on that same confirmation. If you bought a transport listing on its own, it is a second order. Sign in with the email you used for that purchase.
What to show
Open My tickets and show the coach QR, or the wallet pass, to the driver. The venue ticket does not replace the coach ticket when they were bought separately.
Pickup details
The pickup point and time are in the add-on or transport listing description, and on the confirmation email. If the time is missing, contact the organizer from the event page.
