Cancellation
Organizers notify ticket holders by email. Refunds are processed according to the event policy — usually automatic for cancelled shows.
Rescheduled dates
Your ticket may remain valid for the new date, or the organizer may offer a refund window. Follow instructions in the email.
No-show by organizer
If you arrive and the event did not run, keep your confirmation and contact the organizer immediately.
